• Recent accounting graduates encouraged to apply and internship experience is preferred.
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, including lookup functions, is expected.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, billing, and general accounting processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor payments accurately and timely.
• Review invoices, vendor statements, and supporting documentation.
• Contact vendors to obtain statements and copies of invoices as needed.
• Review vendor invoices and prepare remittance documentation.
• Verify billed items and investigate/reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain and update vendor records and account information.
• Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with billing and related accounting functions.
• Scan, file, and organize accounting records and documentation.
• Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
