Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Bala Cynwyd headquarters to support high-volume vendor invoice processing and collaborate with teams across Accounting, Procurement, HR, and IT.

You will process invoices, prepare weekly payment runs, manage corporate card expenses, maintain vendor data, assist month-end close, and support audits, with a focus on controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience with an ERP/accounting system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding and approvals.
• Prepare and run weekly payment batches (ACH and checks).
• Manage corporate card expenses and value-based documentation.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries.
• Perform monthly bank and AP subledger reconciliations and assist close.
• Support internal/external audits and drive process improvements.
