Brooksource in Seattle is hiring an Entry Level Account Executive to build relationships with business and technology leaders, guide discovery conversations, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close. You will receive structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to grow within a fast-paced, client-facing role with uncapped commission and a competitive base salary.

No prior staffing experience required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business and technology leaders through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client meetings.
• Learn a consultative sales approach and lead discovery conversations to understand each client's goals and challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through closing, account growth, and ongoing relationship management.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to connect clients with the right talent and consulting solutions.
• Grow accounts, track activity, follow through on commitments, and consistently work toward individual and team goals.
