Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business and technology leaders through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client meetings
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and challenges
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing relationship management
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to connect clients with talent and consulting solutions
• Grow accounts, track activity, and work toward individual and team goals
