Job summary

VOALA is seeking an entry-level Case Manager to provide on-site case management for clients in interim and permanent housing in the Los Angeles area. You will support assessment, care planning, coaching, and system navigation to help participants access services and achieve housing stability.

The role requires teamwork and may involve advocacy, outreach, and capacity-building activities to assist individuals experiencing homelessness. E-Verify is part of employment verification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess participants as part of a team and develop action plans.
• Provide coaching and social support to participants.
• Coordinate Care and Case Management with the team.
• Advocate for participants before other agencies.
• Engage participants and connect to appropriate services.
• Conduct outreach to identify and engage participants.
• Perform other duties as required and may change.
