Job summary

Syngenta Seeds seeks Independent Seed Advisors to promote Golden Harvest seed products directly to growers. You will operate as a self-employed partner, selling, distributing, and servicing seed in a defined Midwest territory with full support from Syngenta agronomy and sales teams.

You will build plans, create demand, and recommend product placements to meet sales targets while managing budgets and reporting field insights.

Qualifications

• Sell and service seed products to growers using Golden Harvest branded line.
• Deliver plans and offers to target customers to grow share.
• Act as steward of Syngenta portfolio with agronomy support when needed.
• Forecast and manage territory opportunities and budget.
• Develop new farmers and expand the assigned territory.
• Regularly report market intelligence and insights from the field.
