Job summary

Syngenta's Golden Harvest brand is offering an Independent Seed Advisor role to promote seed products to growers, sell and service seeds, and operate within a broad network with local and national agronomy support.

You will build a customer base, manage territory plans, forecast demand, and drive sales targets while leveraging corporate tools and resources to grow your own seed business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in agricultural products.
• Ability to manage a defined territory and forecast demand.
• Knowledge of crop genetics and agronomy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers
• Create demand at the customer level, ensuring knowledge of products
• Act as a steward of the Syngenta portfolio with field support
• Recommend product placement to improve satisfaction
• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets
• Collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights
• Develop territory business plans identifying opportunities and tactics
• Forecast for customers within the territory
