Job summary

Syngenta's Golden Harvest brand is seeking self-motivated individuals to become Independent Seed Advisors, running their own business with support from Syngenta's agronomy and sales network.

As an Advisor you will sell, distribute and service seed products to growers, building a territory, forecasting demand, and developing a business plan while leveraging digital tools and agronomic support.

Qualifications

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand at the customer level and educate customers about Syngenta solutions.
• Act as steward of the Syngenta portfolio with agronomy collaboration.
• Recommend product placement to improve satisfaction.
• Meet sales, profit and market share targets in territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand at the customer level, ensuring knowledge of our products and interest in Syngenta solutions.
• Act as a steward of the Syngenta portfolio in partnership with Agronomy.
• Forecast sales and develop a territory business plan with opportunities.
• Develop territory by adding new farmers and managing budget within guidelines.
