Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill seeks a General Manager/Managing Partner to lead daily operations, uphold legendary food and service, and drive profitability across one or more locations. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to building a thriving team.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, P&L, training, and vendor relations, with opportunities for equity and advancement within a growing restaurant concept.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as GM, Managing Partner, or multi-unit manager in a full-service restaurant.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to delegate and lead a team of 100+.
• Extensive knowledge of financials.
• Strong servant leadership mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Oversees weekly budgets and P&L management.
• Plans and reviews weekly management schedules.
• Conducts final interviews with hourly employees.
• Liaison with store vendors and support center contacts.
• Attends weekly and quarterly regional meetings.
• Ensures Serve Safe guidelines are followed daily.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment for staff and guests.
