Steak ’n Shake Avon is seeking a General Manager under a partnership opportunity, offering up to $80,000 with a path to ownership through the Franchisee Partner program. GMs lead from the floor, own their numbers, and build teams that win.

You’ll manage from production to drive-through, recruit and train a high-performing team, and uphold brand and food safety standards, using data to drive speed, guest scores, and cost targets. This is an owner-focused leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual GM experience.
• Fluency in P&L management and cost controls.
• Hands-on leadership style; willing to work on grill/window.
• Consistent work history; not a job-hopper.
• Owner mindset: every dollar, every guest, every team member matters.
