Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations during opening, mid, and closing shifts. You will coach staff, maintain hospitality standards, and drive a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of restaurant management, hands-on FOH experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on experience in front of house operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and guest service standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close).
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal work authorization in the United States.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Specific qualifications include: Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
• Hands-on experience in front of house
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual a plus
