Job summary

Ted's Montana Grill is seeking a General Manager/Managing Partner to lead a scratch kitchen operation with a strong ownership mindset. You will recruit, train, and retain top talent while upholding guest service standards and end-to-end operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining quality across all restaurant operations to ensure consistent Big Sky Moments for guests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager.
• Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred.
• Sustainable operational results with solid job history.
• Stellar business acumen – managing a P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory.
• Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant.
