Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Service Manager to oversee front of house operations across opening, mid, and closing shifts. You should be a positive, outgoing leader who can coach others and drive genuine hospitality.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience, hands-on front-of-house experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Bilingual is a plus; 21+ with legal work authorization.

Amazing Fresh Food. Genuine Hospitality. – At Aspen Creek Grill, our Service Manager needs to know EVERYTHING about the front of house operations. Ok, maybe not everything, but definitely knows everything related to all operations on an opening, mid- or closing shift.
Specific qualifications include: Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
• Hands-on experience in front of house
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual a plus
