Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a Winning Team: Build, train, and inspire a strong team. Coach, recognize, and develop team members for growth.
• Own the Operations: Oversee scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility upkeep.
• Drive Results & Profitability: Manage P&L, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience: Set the hospitality tone with fast, friendly service and resolve guest concerns.
• Support Compliance & Standards: Ensure food safety and labor guidelines are followed.
