Job summary

AAM Living in Texas seeks an experienced Entrata Systems Analyst to support and optimize Entrata across its property portfolio. This role will work with Operations, onsite teams, and leadership to troubleshoot system issues, improve workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support Entrata-related implementations and process improvements.

Collaborate with Operations, IT, leadership, and Entrata support to resolve issues, develop SOPs, and train teams to ensure accuracy, renewals, revenue,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems, operations, or property management tech.
• Entrata proficiency required; hands-on experience with multifamily property management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for Entrata across the property portfolio.
• Troubleshoot Entrata system, workflow, and data-related issues that impact the business.
• Analyze and improve Entrata workflows and operational processes.
• Support Entrata implementations, upgrades, transitions, and new property onboarding.
• Train and support onsite and remote teams on Entrata processes.
