Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks an experienced Entrata Systems Analyst to optimize Entrata across its Texas property portfolio. This role partners with Operations and leadership to troubleshoot, improve workflows, and ensure data accuracy while supporting implementations and onboarding.

Candidates should have 5+ years in systems or property management technology, proficiency in Entrata, and strong analytical, documentation, and training skills to enable seamless onsite and remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems, operations, or property management technology.
• Proficiency in Entrata is required.
• Hands-on experience supporting Entrata within multifamily property management.
• Strong understanding of property management workflows and operations.
• Experience with system troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience creating SOPs, training materials, or system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for Entrata across the property portfolio.
• Troubleshoot Entrata system, workflow, and data-related issues that impact the business.

• Develop Entrata SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
• Train and support onsite and remote teams on Entrata processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, leadership, and Entrata support to resolve issues.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Entrata Systems Analyst to support and optimize Entrata across AAM Living's property portfolio. This role will work with Operations, onsite teams, and leadership to troubleshoot system issues, improve workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support Entrata-related implementations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for Entrata across the property portfolio.
• Troubleshoot Entrata system, workflow, and data-related issues that impact the business
• Analyze and improve Entrata workflows and operational processes.
• Support Entrata implementations, upgrades, transitions, and new property onboarding.
• Assist the Corporate with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
• Review system data and reports for accuracy and identify process gaps.
• Develop Entrata SOPs, user guides, and process documentation. Test and validate Entrata changes, workflows, and configurations.
• Train and support onsite and remote teams on Entrata processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, leadership, and Entrata support to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in systems, operations, or property management technology.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Entrata is required.
• Hands-on experience supporting Entrata within multifamily property management.
• Strong understanding of property management workflows and operations.
• Experience with system troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience creating SOPs, training materials, or system documentation.
