Carowinds Entertainment Team Lead supervises performers, associates and guests to deliver safe, memorable experiences parkwide. The role involves guiding daily operations, training, scheduling, evaluating teams on location, and ensuring department goals are implemented by staff.

Qualificações

• Must pass a background check.
• Able to move between park locations daily.
• Positive attitude and willingness to bring the FUN to life.
• Strong people skills and guest service focus.
• Commitment to safety and good judgement.
• Ability to work with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability for some weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department.
• Open/close locations; ensure cleanliness in guest areas and backstage areas.
• Promote teamwork and a safe work environment for all.
• Monitor timekeeping and ensure park policies are followed.
• Maintain associate schedules in UKG.
• Coordinate and carry out logistics for special events & activations in park.
• Complete necessary daily paperwork including reports, files, and venue checklists.
• Enforce all park & department policies and procedures.
