Caesars Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Entertainment and Production Tech - On Call to support dynamic events across the property. You will coordinate entertainment offerings, assist with promotions, manage budgets, and work with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth execution and guest enjoyment.

This on-call position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older upon employment.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent guest service in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all entertainment offerings with regulatory approvals.
• Partner with Events & Promotions to execute events and initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of entertainment budget while planning programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for food, decor, and supplies.
• Track entertainment expenses and prepare reports.
• Supervise on-call Promotions Representatives as needed.
• Ensure music licensing requirements are current and compliant.
• Support Virginia Gaming Board submissions and approved programs.
• Maintain records and performance tracking for initiatives.
• Communicate entertainment details across the property.
