Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution and operation of promotions
• Promote a fun, friendly environment through Family Style Service principles
• Make live announcements and assist in completing prize forms
• Organize event descriptions, timelines and planning documents
• Disseminate information to departments about events in a timely manner
• Setup systems and controls for customer events including CMS and event guidelines
• Communicate costs on analytical worksheets
• Enter purchase requisitions for supplies and decor for events
• Ensure events comply with safety and security guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality in all duties and actions
• Keep knowledge of casino events and promo activities updated
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Adhere to policies and ethics and encourage others to do the same
• Possess flexibility to work late nights, weekends and holidays
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
