Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contract. This is an independent contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic veterinary accounts across multiple locations.

You will work with our inbound leads and development team, closing high-value deals that cover many clinics. The role is remote in the USA or Canada, with a quota of $2M annually and a track record of $1M+ yearly wins.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annual deals with multi-location veterinary groups.
• Proven track record in enterprise or agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Expand deals to add locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership.
