Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Veterinary sales to own large multi-location deals. This individual contributor role covers the full cycle from discovery to close, handling high-stakes engagements with owners and regional operators.

Manage multi-location veterinary groups where a single signed deal unlocks expansion across locations, services, and next opportunities. Remote role for USA/Canada, no direct reports, with a $2M annual quota and inbound meetings.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups or multi-location marketing and agency services.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
