Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Director for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals. You will manage the full cycle from discovery through contract, targeting veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices across the United States and Canada.

This is a fully remote, individual-contributor role with a $2M annual quota. You will work with our sales development team and inbound leads to focus on strategic accounts where a single signed deal can cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for large veterinary deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Expand deals to add locations and services after initial win.
• Work with strategists to build compelling proposals for key accounts.
