Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own strategic growth across large US enterprise accounts, build multi-year plans, orchestrate pursuit teams, and partner with Microsoft to win major transformation programs.

In this hybrid role with travel (34%), you will engage C-suite leaders, map buying centers, lead end-to-end pursuits, and drive proposals, pricing, and deals to close multimillion-dollar opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling enterprise technology services and/or consulting.
• Strong discovery and value selling skills with executive storytelling.
• Experience leading large multi-workstream pursuits and coordinating bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Build senior executive relationships and map complex buying centers.
• Create and execute multi-year account plans and identify whitespace.
• Lead end-to-end pursuits: win strategy, solution/delivery/stakeholders, pricing and proposals.
• Drive Microsoft co-sell, align to Microsoft priorities, and leverage the partner ecosystem.
• Own forecasting and operating rhythm with pipeline hygiene and reviews.
