Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. seeks a senior leader to optimize operations and technology across the customer and employee journey. The role acts as the initiative owner for transformation programs connecting UW, Ops, IT and Data.

Responsibilities include strategy, cross-functional execution, and analytics-enabled workflows. Candidates should have extensive underwriting/insurance operations experience and a track record in large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to influence and present complex information to stakeholders.
• Experience documenting strategic requirements and identifying opportunities to improve journeys.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: Understand priorities, analyze journeys, identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify Operational and Tech initiatives to support UW; define short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Incorporate Strategic Analytics into Operations workflows; provide enterprise-wide perspective on priorities.
• Create business requirements and bridge UW and IT.
• Bring market insights to inform priorities across the organization.
• Execution: Lead cross-functional transformation as Initiative Owner; deliver tech-enabled workflows.
• Partner with IT and Lean Deployment Specialists to implement automation and analytics.
• Review IT value generation with IT partners.
• Triangulation COE: Develop the COE to support enterprise-wide objectives across IT, Data, and Analytics.
