Job summary

EY is seeking a senior consultant to drive technology-enabled transformation for insurance clients. You will translate business needs into architecture and delivery plans, guiding teams through data, BI, and integration solutions.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders and travel to client sites as needed. We offer a comprehensive compensation package with a transparent base salary and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience defining business and technical requirements for financial services.
• Experience advising property and casualty insurers on personal/commercial lines.
• Experience leading teams through all life cycle phases (requirements to testing).
• Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, BI tools, data flows and testing.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions that improve efficiency.
• Support engagement teams with requirements alignment, architecture and implementation plans.
• Provide insights from data sources to validate solutions and identify new opportunities.
