Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years in commercialization, business strategy, enterprise sales, or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Strong leadership and strategic advisory skills to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute strategic initiatives transforming enterprise sales motion to meet evolving demands driven by AI adoption, bandwidth needs, and emerging connectivity technologies.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Translate growth objectives into actionable GTM strategies across Global Enterprise, International, and Public Sector.
• Customer Success Strategy: Define and evolve the CSM strategy for enterprise customers, aligning lifecycle management with revenue growth.
• Performance & Strategic Insights: Evaluate product, channel, and segment performance using advanced analytics and market insights.
• Program & Change Management: Lead cross-functional transformation programs from concept to implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Advise senior leadership and drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Technology, and Operations.
• Job Contribution: Design and implement large-scale transformation strategies with significant revenue impact and mentorship to others.
