Job summary
AT&T in Dallas, TX is seeking a Principal Commercialization leader to shape enterprise growth through transformation strategies and go-to-market leadership. The role oversees cross-functional programs spanning sales, product, finance, and operations to accelerate adoption of advanced connectivity and AI-enabled solutions.
The candidate will guide customer success frameworks, measure outcomes, and report to senior leadership on strategy and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercialization, business strategy, enterprise sales, customer success, or related fields.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation strategy and go-to-market initiatives for Global Enterprise, International, and Public Sector.
- Develop and execute initiatives transforming enterprise sales motion to AI adoption, increased bandwidth, and new connectivity technologies.
- Drive GTM strategies across Global Enterprise, International, and Public Sector customer segments.
- Define and evolve the Customer Success Manager strategy for enterprise customers.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs with senior stakeholders to align product, sales, and operations.
