Job summary

ManTech seeks an Executive Director to lead the ACHIEVE Office (AO Lead) in Herndon, VA, driving disciplined delivery and enterprise transformation. You will report to the Chief Acceleration Officer and ensure real financial and operational impact is captured and communicated.

You will own the transformation infrastructure, enforce daily compliance, and drive high-urgency cadence across the business, partnering with CAO and enterprise leaders to deliver results.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent executive leadership experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in top-tier management consulting, private equity portfolio operations, or leading an enterprise Transformation Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly meetings focused on high-priority initiatives and track action items with Sponsors to ensure follow-through.
• Maintain end-to-end view of all active and prospective initiatives in the pipeline and clear execution hurdles across the network.
• Drive the weekly operational rhythm and prepare materials for AO meetings, SteerCo reviews, and CAO briefings.
• Own the Maestro platform end-to-end as the enterprise SME for ACHIEVE tracking and stage-gate progression.
• Hold ultimate accountability for AO team output while coaching and building capability for high performance.
• Partner daily with the CAO, Sponsors, Coordinators, AO Finance, and Initiative Owners; liaise with SteerCo and enterprise leadership.
