Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC seeks an Enterprise Enablement Program Director to own end-to-end delivery of multiple transformational programs. You will reshape operating models, organizational structures, and capabilities to drive future-ready performance.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic visions into an integrated program roadmap, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery through cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience in a people leader in a direct supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various project and program management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Demonstrative verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company's strategic vision into an actionable portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Communicate a holistic view of active work to identify gaps and resource needs.
• Provide oversight across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, flag risks, and escalate when needed.
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate governance with engaged stakeholders for complete scoping.
• Champion change management practices for successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Define, track, and communicate program KPIs, OKRs, and risks.
• Manage portfolio budgets and forecasts; report to senior leadership.
• Lead operational and executive reviews for clear decisions and accountability.
