Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field plus 3+ years in enterprise transformation, program/project management, or strategy consulting.
- Preferred PMP/Prosci certification for added impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Transformation Leads to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives (Big Bets).
- Analyze data, prepare insights, align stakeholders with project goals.
- Manage day-to-day program activities: milestones, deliverables, dependencies, actions.
- Develop and maintain transformation plans aligned to goals and timelines.
- Identify risks and interdependencies; escalate and resolve barriers.
