Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation to accelerate big initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner with Transformation Leads to drive planning, execution, and governance for cross-functional programs, including post-acquisition integration efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with 3+ years in enterprise transformation or related roles.
• Preferred: Certification in project management or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Transformation Leads to support planning, coordination and execution of Big Bets.
• Analyze data, prepare insights, and align stakeholders with project goals.
• Manage day-to-day program tasks including milestones, dependencies and action items.
• Develop and maintain transformation plans aligned to goals and timelines.
• Identify risks, issues and interdependencies; escalate and resolve blockers.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reports for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives moving.
• Support change management strategies and stakeholder communications.
• Assist post-acquisition integration planning and execution when applicable.
• Promote consistent transformation practices across the Enterprise Transformation Office.
• Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
