Job summary

Burq is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to own the relationships with our enterprise accounts. In this key role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients through integrations, and maintain account health with hands-on dashboard creation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a technical, customer-facing post-sales role.
