Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Ability to read and write code.
• Strong understanding of TMS, OMS, and WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand prospects' needs.
• Build tailored demos of Pulse AI and the full API.
• Scope and run proof-of-concept integrations.
• Stay hands-on during initial implementation.
• Architect end-to-end delivery solutions.
