Job summary

Snyk in Boston is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to act as the strategic heartbeat for Fortune 100 enterprise customers, guiding secure software development in the AI era. You will turn security into a business enabler and lead complex DevSecOps transformations with data-driven insights.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Support to drive adoption, retention, and measurable value across security workflows, onboarding programs, and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role engaging executives and technologists.
• Experience with Enterprise (Fortune 100) customers in North America.
• Strong knowledge of developer/application security tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate near term, mid term, and long term strategies for enterprise customers, ensuring they realize full value across their Application Security workflows.
• Build and foster trusted relationships with leaders across customer engineering and security to drive adoption and retention.
• Design and execute customized onboarding programs that help customers achieve their security program goals using Snyk's products.
• Advocate internally for customer needs, partnering with Product, Sales, and Support to influence roadmaps and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and facilitate strategic business reviews (QBRs) using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
• Mobilize internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption and solve complex technical challenges.
