Snyk is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to guide Fortune 100 customers through secure DevSecOps transformations. You’ll architect security lifecycles, build trusted executive relationships, and design onboarding programs that unlock measurable business value across code, dependencies, containers, and cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role engaging executives and technologists.
• Experience with Enterprise Fortune 100 customers in North America.
• Strong knowledge of developer security tools and workflows.
• Experience leading technical or engineering programs; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate near term, mid term, and long term strategies for enterprise customers, ensuring they realize full value across their Application Security workflows.
• Build and foster trusted relationships with leaders across customer engineering and security organizations to drive adoption and retention.
• Design and execute customized onboarding programs that help customers achieve their specific security program goals using Snyk's suite of products.
• Advocate internally for customer needs, partnering proactively with Product, Sales, and Support to influence roadmaps and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and facilitate strategic business reviews (QBRs), using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
• Mobilize internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption and solve complex technical challenges.
