Snyk is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to act as the strategic heartbeat for top-tier enterprise customers, shaping how Fortune 100 firms secure their AI-enabled development lifecycles. You will guide transformations, drive adoption of Snyk's developer security platform, and turn security into a competitive advantage through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure measurable value and long-term expansion, joining a team responsible for

Competenze

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
Enterprise (Fortune 100) experience in North America.
Knowledge of developer/security tools and workflows.
Experience leading technical programs with business impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Tech/Eng/Math/Business.
Ability to translate technical wins into business value.
