Job summary

Snyk, Inc. (USA) is seeking a Technical Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers, helping them adopt and realize value from Snyk's Application Security platform.

You will guide security and engineering teams through their DevSecOps journey, turning security into a business enabler. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, experience with enterprise customers in North America, and strong skills in security tooling and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise customers
• Experience engaging with engineers and security leaders to drive adoption
• Strong problem solving and ability to build business cases
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Business or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization for enterprise customers in Application Security workflows
• Build trusted relationships with security and engineering stakeholders
• Deliver structured onboarding programs using Snyk products
• Advocate for customer needs with Product, Sales and Support
• Prepare QBRs and demonstrate ROI with data to surface expansion opportunities
• Coordinate resources to remove adoption barriers and resolve technical challenges
