Job summary

AvePoint seeks a Technical Account Manager in Jersey City to act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers. You will guide platform integrations and advise on account management throughout the product lifecycle.

You will lead design sessions, coordinate remote or onsite deployments, deliver client training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years in a technical role (support, pre-sales, TAM).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of GCP and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with live production updates and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for AvePoint enterprise customers.
• Lead architectural design sessions for deployments and integrations.
• Deliver remote or onsite platform integration engagements.
• Provide training sessions for clients and document technical details.
• Coordinate with Support, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure growth.
