Evinced in the United States is seeking a highly experienced Technical Account Manager (EST, USA) to join our team. This hands-on, customer-facing role blends deep technical expertise with relationship management, guiding named enterprise customers to implement and optimize our accessibility solutions while influencing product direction with real-world feedback.

You will own onboarding, drive adoption, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineers to ensure

Qualificações

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS with Fortune 1000 enterprise customers
• Able to manage multiple high-priority accounts proactively
• Own onboarding and time-to-value with Sales and Solutions Engineers
• Strong technical communicator for developers and executives
• Willingness to travel for customer on-sites/conferences and internal meetings
• The role is fully remote and must be based in USA, EST time zone

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers, serving as their trusted advisor and technical champion
• Own onboarding and time-to-value. Build and execute the onboarding plan with Sales and Solutions Engineers
• Drive adoption & Utilization within our product line
• Troubleshoot complex issues - collaborate with Support on tickets and bugs
• Conduct QBRs, user interviews, customers’ on-sites, high-quality demos and training sessions
• Partner with enterprise Account Executives to align on customer outcomes, expansion, and renewal
