Sovos is building the future of tax compliance technology, and the Technical Account Manager will serve as the trusted technical lead for enterprise clients, guiding implementations, deployments, and ongoing support to deliver measurable value and results.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting account reviews, delivering training, and providing feedback for product enhancements. Willingness to travel and outside-hours work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in customer implementations or similar roles.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Experience with SQL and AI tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts.
• Lead technical projects from planning through go-live and post-deployment support.
• Coordinate code deployments and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct annual account reviews and health checks.
• Deliver training on software usage and best practices.
• Represent accounts during emergencies with professional communication.
• Provide product feedback to support continuous improvement.
