Job summary

Supermicro Computer is seeking a Sales Account Representative with experience selling technical solutions and developing business. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record in winning enterprise level relationships and consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.

The role involves sales account maintenance, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order processing.

Qualifications

Associate degree required; bachelor degree strongly preferred.
1+ years of customer service experience in tech industry is desired.
Experience in data entry with strong attention to details; scheduling production and tracking orders.
Strong communication skills across phone, email, verbal and presentation; professional across cultures and geographies.
Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly; proven problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding responsibilities.
Expert knowledge on Excel.

Responsibilities

Sales account maintenance and provide technical and administrative product information.
Monitor inventory and follow up ETA with purchasers; communicate discrepancies.
Act as liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics.
Assist intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departments.
Enter and communicate order status with clients; manage credit issues and returns.
Develop customer relationships and prepare reports for clients daily.
Provide backup support for manager and team members.
Other duties as assigned.
