Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive post-sales success for Enterprise customers in a Boston-area role. You will articulate our technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, identify issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across all sales stages.

This position requires strong security domain knowledge, excellent communication, and travel across the sales territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in security and compliance space including vulnerability management and audits.
• Ability to present to C-level and technical staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
