Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor to large customers, guiding architecture decisions, incident response, and the adoption of AWS services across organizations ranging from startups to Global 500 enterprises.

You will collaborate with customer teams to craft strategies, navigate trade-offs, and keep AWS environments healthy, while travel of about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• The TAM role is not directly hands-on keyboard; you will work with engineers to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services.
• You will be the principal technical advisor for customers, guiding planning, building, and optimizing solutions on AWS.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
• Support enterprise customers and act as the voice of the customer to AWS teams.
