Job summary

MGT in the United States is seeking a Transition / Solution Lead to own the FY27 transition end-to-end, spanning enterprise applications, integrations, data models, reporting, and AI. You will translate complex business changes into a clear backlog and delivery plan.

You will coordinate Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Power BI and related tools, break requirements into actionable work for engineering, track risks and readiness, and ensure cross-team alignment with business SMEs

Qualifications

• 10+ years across enterprise applications, integration, data or solution architecture.
• Experience leading system or data transition programs and cross-system transformations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, master data and reporting.
• Able to read SQL and understand data models, with minimal coding required.

Responsibilities

• Own the FY27 transition end-to-end as single accountable lead.
• Translate business changes into backlog and delivery plan.
• Coordinate application, data, reporting and testing teams.
• Work with business SMEs and technical owners to resolve gaps.
• Manage risks, readiness, decisions, and release dependencies.
