Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own enterprise systems strategy across IT, Revenue Systems, Engineering, and operations. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, and Security leaders to align technology investments with business goals and drive a scalable, secure, and integrated tech stack.

The role combines hands-on architecture with leadership, focusing on data integration, system health, and organizational change management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business systems, revenue operations, IT service management, or enterprise technology.
• Deep experience architecting multi-system data flows and integrations.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Forge strategic partnerships with revenue, sales, marketing, CX, Finance, and Security leaders.
• Define and drive an enterprise systems roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
• Architect data flows, integrations, and data governance across core platforms.
• Lead and develop a team of systems analysts and IT professionals; solve complex engineering challenges.
