Apptegy is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own the enterprise systems strategy and align technology with company goals. You will lead a team of analysts, admins, and IT professionals across IT, Revenue Systems, and cross-functional teams.

You will translate business challenges into a prioritized roadmap, drive system adoption, and ensure robust data integration and governance across core platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading business or revenue operations systems.
• Experience architecting multi-system data flows and APIs.
• Hands-on ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations.
• Proven partner to executive leaders with strong relationship skills.
• Commitment to AI and automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership across Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, and Security.
• Define and execute an enterprise systems roadmap balancing speed and scalability.
• Architect data flows, integrations, and governance across platforms.
