Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale platform migrations.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud or Tableau.
• Translate complex architectures into business terms and guide data transformations.
• Experience with global/offshore delivery models such as GDC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration engagements, owning delivery, health, and go-live outcomes.
• Partner with Account Teams to align migration goals with business strategy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, translating migration challenges into actions.
• Develop focused delivery plans with milestone-driven timelines.
• Drive AI agent adoption to accelerate data mapping and code conversion.
• Collaborate with GDC partners and product teams.
• Stay current on product roadmaps and feed field insights into improvements.
• Identify underutilized capabilities and integrate them into migration roadmaps.
• Serve as SME in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud or Tableau.
• Act as technical point of contact during major migration incidents.
