Senior technical lead who can own the FY27 transition end to end, not just manage a project plan. This person should understand how business changes flow through enterprise applications, integrations, data models, reporting and AI, and be able to turn those changes into a clear backlog and delivery plan.
Best fit: Someone who has been a solution architect, technical program lead or senior data/application architect and has personally driven a cross-system transition. We should avoid a pure PM profile who is strong on status reporting but cannot independently understand the technical impact of a business change.
