Job summary

Handshake is hiring a Support Specialist, Contractor to provide technical enterprise support to our employer, student, and career services users. The role is a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion based on fit and needs.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, build strong relationships with customers, and work with internal tools to resolve tickets efficiently. A remote, US-based candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong customer support mindset with ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
• Able to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide email, phone, and video support to Handshake users.
• Handle 20–30 email tickets and ~10 calls per day.
• Collaborate with Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
