Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Director within Experience Services. You will partner with C-level customers to craft innovative, industry-specific strategies translating ambitions into multi-year programs. You’ll drive transformation across people, process, and technology to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll guide engagement strategy, develop strategic roadmaps, and mentor teams while collaborating with sales, architecture, and delivery to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, ideally at Fortune 500 companies.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Goods Retail Execution (REX) within CG enterprises, consultancies, or software vendors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce's Consumer Goods Cloud application.
• GTM support experience: scoping, proposals, RFPs, exec presentations.
• Experience in Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Agile, Governance, and Value Realization.

Responsibilities

• Provide business strategy subject matter expertise during sales and delivery cycles for Salesforce products and services.
• Help position and sell large-enterprise engagements; define scope, team, value narrative, and pitch.
• Conduct assessments and workshops to develop operating models and visions.
• Research customer and industry needs to identify opportunities and value.
• Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps prioritizing investments.
• Drive adoption of new digital operating models and governance strategies.
• Uncover future sales opportunities to sustain customer value.
• Lead engagement strategy on accounts in collaboration with delivery and sales leads.
• Create strategic use cases to demonstrate value and organizational impact.
• Build competency within Experience Services and elevate practice capabilities.
